Where is CC Studio located? 

CC Studio is located at 1570 Lakeview Drive Suite 102, Sebring, FL 33870 in the Kenilworth Corner building. Our door is directly across from Heal By Touch spa.

How do your memberships work and how much are your classes?

• Memberships begin on the date of purchase.

• Monthly contracts are billed on a monthly recurring basis. If you purchase a 12-month commitment contract, you will be billed each month.

• To cancel your membership, email hello@ccstudiosebring.com

• There is a $200 early termination fee for 12-month commitment contracts.

Do you offer discounts?

CC Studio offers 10% off regularly priced Class Packs and Memberships to Seniors over 65 years old and to Active Military and Veterans. Discounts do not apply to Founding Member’s Rate or other discounted memberships or packages.

To redeem, you must show a current, valid ID to our front desk staff who will issue the discount for you directly.

What are your return and refund policy?

We do not offer refunds on any classes, workshops, memberships, apparel, or merchandise.

How do I book a class?

Please visit the schedule on our website or the Mindbody app to reserve a class. You’ll either register a new account or sign in to your already existing CC Studio account, you’ll be able to purchase a class and book your spot. Not ready to book a class? Click here to register with us!

How do I check in to class?

You can check in on our iPad when you arrive to the studio or our front desk staff will check you in manually.

Can I transfer a class to a friend?

• All Single Classes, Class Packs, Memberships, and Workshops are non-transferable.

• All class credits must be used by the original purchasing client.

• If you want to purchase a class for someone else, you will need to create an account for that person on Mindbody in order to purchase a class. CC Studio can help you at the front desk with this.

• To purchase a gift card, please contact us directly.

What is your cancellation and no-show policy?

• You must cancel within 1 hour of your booked class to avoid forfeiting one of your class credits. 

• For a no-show (you do not cancel and do not show up), we will charge a $20 fee.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class to check in. Please note, if you have not checked in 2 minutes before class, your spot will be given away to someone on standby.

What if I’m running late?

We know and understand that the unexpected can happen, but for the safety and peacefulness of you and others in the wellness room, late entry is not permitted.

Do you have a waitlist?

If the class has a waitlist, Mindbody will give you the option to sign up for the waitlist. The waitlist holds a maximum of 5 spots. If you are moved from the waitlist into class, you will receive a text or email confirming your reservation from Mindbody. Make sure you’ve opted in to receive email updates for your reservation.

You can also come before class and if there is an open spot, our front desk staff will help you book it. Please note that doing this runs the risk of not having any available spots.

What if I don’t have a mat and didn’t bring water?

CC Studio offers mat rentals for $4.

For first time clients, you are given a complimentary mat rental at your first class booking.

Unlimited members receive complimentary mat rentals.

We also offer bottled water for sale and have a water cooler available for those needing to fill their reusable water bottles.

What type of payment methods do you accept?

• If you are purchasing in-person, in the studio, we accept cash, credit/debit cards, and Apple Pay.

• Recurring membership payments must be done with a credit/debit card on file.

Do you have showers?

At this time, we do not have showers. We offer one bathroom and one changing room for clients. We recommend to arrive 15 minutes before class if you need to change into your workout attire.

Do you offer child care services?

We love our little ones, however at this time, we are unable to offer child care services.

Are pets allowed in the studio?

We also love our fur babies, but no pets are allowed at CC Studio. 

Are there any religious aspects to your classes?

We welcome everyone to have a personal and private connection with their own faith on their mat. Our instructors may give affirmations during class, invite students to meditate, say words in Sanskrit (an ancient Indo-European language of India) that have to do with Yoga poses, but in each of these instances we are not advocating or practicing any specific religion. Yoga and fitness in general can build upon the spirituality and faith you may already possess and we encourage students to privately dive deeper into this during their practice, should they choose.

Where do I store my personal items?

• All shoes must be removed before entering the wellness room.

• CC Studio offers cubby holes to place your belongings during class. 

• You are also welcome to keep your belongings with you at your mat. Any large bags, please place them against the nearest wall to you.

• Please take care of your personal belongings. While we do our best to provide a secure environment, CC Studio cannot be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Thank you for your understanding.

• Please email the studio directly for any items you may have left behind.
