Power Yoga

Power Yoga is for experienced yoga practitioners who are looking for a good sweat or newer yogis that want a challenge! Expect an energetic, quicker paced flow, moving from different asanas while connecting deeply to your breath. This class will help you improve your flexibility, balance, and get your heart pumping, while also bridging mind, body, and spirit.

Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa Flow is tailored for intermediate practitioners seeking a dynamic and invigorating yoga experience. This class focuses on fluid movements synchronized with breath, designed to elevate heart rate, detoxify the body, and cultivate strength and flexibility.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a versatile class suitable for participants of all ages and experience levels, from beginners to seasoned practitioners. This gentle-paced session focuses on enhancing flexibility, mindfulness, and overall well-being through a blend of foundational yoga practices.

Chill Flow

Chill Flow is for all experience levels with modifications given to meet you where you are at on your yoga journey. The class will focus on moderately paced asanas connected with the breath. A playlist of chill music, offering more soothing vibes, will accompany you through this flow. Perfect for students looking to work on their flexibility and balance, while finding peace on their mat to a moderately paced class.

Yoga 101

For those just beginning their yoga journey and new to the practice, or practitioners that just want a gentle flow, this class will incorporate basic yoga poses in a more relaxed flow, giving time to learn the foundations of yoga. Modifications will be given for the more active poses and the new student will experience a yoga vinyasa flow in it’s most basic form.

Chair Yoga

Chair Yoga offers a gentle yet effective way to experience the benefits of yoga for all ages and experience levels. Specifically designed for individuals with mobility challenges or those who prefer not to practice on the mat, this class provides a supportive environment to enhance physical health and well-being.
