This dynamic workout blends ballet-inspired moves with Pilates and strength training for a full-body burn. Expect to boost your posture, flexibility, and muscle endurance with fun, fast-paced exercises. Whether you’re a beginner or a fitness pro, this class will challenge you in the best way possible! All Barre classes will use body weight exercises and may incorporate equipment such as resistance bands, weights, and the Pilates ball and ring.
