Pilates

Mat Pilates is a low impact, full body exercise that uses elements of yoga, stretching, and strength training, which helps gain core strength and teaches proper breath work. Pilates also helps improve posture, flexibility and overall body awareness. Our classes will incorporate energetic playlists with a powerful full body workout!

Pilates Fusion

Mat Pilates Fusion is for clients looking to get a good sweat in! The class will incorporate a yoga warm up and cool down, body weight and pilates exercises, with bursts of cardio in between. Expect to improve your strength with this low impact workout, while getting your heart rate pumping! This class will use mostly body weight exercises, but may incorporate equipment such as resistance bands.

Pilates Classic

Pilates Classic is a mat based class designed to strengthen and tone your core, improve flexibility and enhance over all body awareness. This is a full body, multi level class that is for everyone. Each exercise will be taught with multiple versions based on the difficulty level desired. The class is taught without music, focusing on the instructor's cadence of voice.
